Your order will take 2 working days to produce (from Monday to Friday).

Carriage times vary according to shipping method used. You can choose from 2 shipping methods :

• Via the national Post Office via tracked shipping throughout Europe (tracked package)
• Via Express Carrier (international express shipment)
  

From the first item added to your basket onwards you can select the shipment destination and method, delivery time will then be calculated automatically.

Once you have validated your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the order status system. You will then receive a new e-mail when it is shipped containing a tracking number and a link to the website of the carrier that you have selected.

Our basket calculates carriage charges as accurately as possible using the following items of information :

• order type (weight, dimensions)
• country of destination
• shipment method chosen (Post Office or Express Carrier)
• order value, carriage discount available depending on the amount (€30 and over), the higher your order value, the greater your discount.

Discounts can frequently mean that deliveries are carriage free.

Credit card	Your order is taken immediately, payment is performed via the PAYBOX secure interface.
Paypal	Your order is registered immediately, payment is performed via the PAYBOX secure interface.
Bank transfer	Your order is pending, we will start production on the date on which our bank confirms receipt of your transfer. This time may vary depending on the agreements signed between your bank and ours.
